-Triple Sec Dark Choclate Ganache
- Triple Sec Whipped Buttercream frosting

It is pretty simple and takes easy to find ingredients such as beets, cabbage and turmeric and boiling them to dye the water.

After a surprisingly tough written portion, we had to complete a three part practical.Part one, peel, core and slice an apple into thin uniform slices without cutting off a finger.Part two, pipe out a birthday cake.
